Amla 90 mg, Haskap Berry 90 mg, Avocado fruit 80 mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 80 mg (100 % NRV), Meadowsweet 70 mg, Barley grass 70 mg, Common nettle 70 mg, mushrooms of 50 mg each: Chaga, Hericium, Poria Cocos, Reishi, Shitake , ingredients of 40 mg each: Cinnamon, Turmeric, Common yarrow, Peppermint, Green tea and the least 5 μg (100 % NRV) of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) and 3 μg ( 120 % NRV) of Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Recommended daily dose & Usage:
Take 2 capsules with 2 dl of water before a meal, once a day.
The amount in the package is sufficient for one month of normal use.
